Launched Veracious CTS & EFT across India.

2009–2012

Expanded to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Rwanda with Veracious CTS.

2013–2020

Migrated to ISO 20022 standards; consolidated our presence in East Africa.

2018–2023

Implemented RTGS in Rwanda; launched real-time payments architecture.

2023–2024

Received recognition from Gartner, NASSCOM, MEA Finance Awards, and Technoviti.

2025 & Beyond

Our 40+ payment systems are running in 10 countries, with 3 real-time payment systems implemented. Roadmap aligned with FedNow (USA) and instant payments innovation.

Praveen SekarChief Executive Officer

Praveen Sekar is a second-generation entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the payments, banking automation and process automation space. He carries a strategic big-picture view, understanding market dynamics and leading organizational growth by identifying and executing the right strategic trajectory.

Prasanth SekarChief Operating Officer

Prasanth Sekar is a second-generation entrepreneur and an engineering graduate from the prestigious Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE), Chennai. Since 2015, he has been a driving force at Global Software Solutions, where he leads operations and delivery with a strong focus on execution, quality, and user value.
